Avonview Manor is located within a 15 minute walk along the Avon River to the Avon Theatre, and the Studio Theatre.  Tom Patterson Theatre is 20 minute minute stroll along lovely Victoria Lake, while Festival Theatre is approximately 25 minutes.  All walk-speeds are dependent on the individual.
